Life can be challenging. To not become overwhelmed, we need an inner resort, where we can relax and recover. Life is also crowded with thoughts, beliefs, and opinions. To navigate and see what is, and what is not, we need clarity and discernment.
For the well-being of others
From evolution, Homo Sapiens have an over-active nervous system. As a consequence, we easily panic and lose our composure. By first learning how to regulate our own nervous system, we can help others in our family or community to calm down.
For the well-being of the planet
Humanity faces huge challenges. But challenges also provide us with new opportunities. As a species, we have two extraordinary skills: To compete and to cooperate. By calming down our nervous system and our fight or flight reflexes, we can turn our focus on working and creating together.
